I recently got an eye exam and glasses at this store. The overall experience and price were just fine, no better or worse than their competition. The reason for the reduced rating is twofold:
First, they upsold me on a "blue light reduction" feature which I've since learned (and broad consensus seems to agree) is useless. I don't have time to research every fad before I buy a pair of glasses, and a trustworthy salesperson would have saved me $50 by advising against it.
Second, once you get on their email list, good luck getting off. There is no easy way to unsubscribe, and you'll be receiving one crap survey request after another. Happily I provided them with an email mask, so they will be gone from my life forever as soon as I submit this review.
