Not the best “camping” experience I’ve had. Lots of goathead thorns around, popped a bike tire on my daughters bicycle. Quiet a few permanent residence with run down rvs. One dock but not a lot of room for lake swimming because it’s so overgrown. This place could be so much better for the price. We did enjoy the clubhouse, but the bathrooms were gross.

Alan and Cheyenne are absolutely wonderful. Very kind-hearted people who manage the place. If I ever stumble upon the area again I will for sure make this a place I will go back to. The park is right on a fishing lake with a little private dock, neighbors are super friendly, and the new club house is an absolute plus to the park. Laundry facility on site, club house with showers, full kitchen, tv, couches, pool table, etc. Perfect location between town and Potholes Reservoir. Family friendly and a lovely place, I recommend!

My sister lived there 2017, 2018 in a park home. It was a great place to watch birds and marsh life at the end of the lake and very quiet and peaceful lake great for fishing. Beautiful clean lake. Close to many recreation activities in the Moses Lake area, and the Pot Holes.
