Nice store with good selection of comics, cards, games and collectables. Their pricing on some of their older comics is a little high... I would prefer to buy local over online, but not for that difference. Every once in a while I find a good buy. Their selection of new comics each week is pretty good, but there are a couple of titles I have to find at other stores so I typically start there instead. Every time we have come and looked at sports cards, the guy in charge of that area is never in, so we cannot discuss them with him...frustrating. At many collectable stores it is quickly apparent that we are all "nerds" and you form an instant bond with the owners/employees. Unfortunately at Warehouse the employees prefer to talk to each other rather than their patrons. All in all the shop is nice and a place we will continue to shop, but it lacks the "personality" to become our go-to shop.
Every member of this staff is knowledgeable and nice. Gone are the days of TCG/Comic shops that make you feel like an outsider for not being a regular.
Big shout out to Nick, Zach, and Daniel for offering so much to the TCG and Fighting game community.
I want to go back when I have more time to look around.
I was there for hot wheels - which they have a whole wall of. And there's a reason for that. They are priced, depending on car, 2 to 6 times retail.
Sure. Find em on a peg and save... but if we can't find them because of resellers....
DON'T BUY THE MYSTERY HOT WHEELS BAGS.
Guy behind the counter told me he personally fills the hot wheels bags. 4 cars for 5 bucks. They are worth between 8 and 12 dollars. You be the judge on that... nowhere in the world are these cars worth 8 bucks. They're barely worth 5. There's a sucker born every minute and today that was me.
