Dont go here,,, Dont think about it..Dont do it. Just say NO! First I would have never gone here with other excellent places in town, but someone recommended them to me...
These people are horrible. Misrepresent the truth, never showed documentation that I asked for because the never got it and sent me a bill and threatened me with collection. One office lady was responsive after 2 months of dealing with what I am about to describe and the office manager now after 3 months and 2 messages has never called back nor left a message.
Issue 1: after obtaining my insurance card, they informed me it was deactivated a few months prior (this was due to my employer being bought out no fault of theirs) However, while I was on the phone Human Resources and Company for well over an hour to insure my insurance was active(reactivated) so I would not have to pay cash for initial assessment treatment and x rays. No one from the front OFFICE or BILLING staff informed me they were not a preferred provider with my insurance in the first place. If they would have, I would have moved on and use the benefit elsewhere.
Issue 2: Before services: to add to the issue 1, when not a preferred provider they are required to offer a written statement (description of services) up front of the cost of initial assessment and treatment to include approximate cost of services and what I would likely have out of pocket. I got NOTHING despite this Office having my insurance information DAYS Ahead of TIME when I made the Appointment. Which informs me they they cared not to communicate to me on any level. Just come in, treat knowing full well that they did not take my insurance or rather my insurance doesnt bother with this office; and we will just stick you with the Bill.
Issue 3: I had a flare up with my lower back with moderate to severe sciatic pain but it had calmed down significantly. I have had lots of chiro work. I left their barely able to walk.
There is more, but trust me Just use someone else. Ill be in there this week to try to meet these people in the middle which I think is more than reasonable.

Had to go here to resolve an L&I back injury. The chiropractor couldn't even do adjustments, was AGGRESSIVELY condescending, and after all that they screwed up the L & I billing so I got nonstop letters in the mail requesting payment. When I went in to ask them to drop the charge or bill it correctly to L&I- in my indoor normal person voice- the owner barreled out the door of the office, red faced, and yelled:
"we can charge you for whatever we want and we don't even have to tell you so just pay it or we'll send it to collections!"
For context: this was a $20 charge (on an L&I claim visit)
They have multiple chiropractors in the office so if you're willing to roll the dice you MIGHT get help. As for the billing? Well, good luck.
