Nicola D'Anella is the best! She was so prompt, positive, and helpful. She even went and slogged around in the rain in her rubberboots, and navigated some difficult negotiations with grace. I will be sending all my friends to her and employing her fr all my future real estate requirements, for sure!!!! 1000% recommeded.

Nicola was a dream to work with! She is a professional that knows her stuff, all of my questions were answered! She was a great resource for me as I was new to the area. She was able to suggest a great lender and home inspector, this made the process so easy for me. I trust Nicola to keep my interests at heart and I will be using her again in the future.

Nicola was a dream to work with as first time home buyers! She was available to answer questions (often the same ones over and over again) day or night. She is knowledgeable, passionate, honest, dedicated, and works quickly and efficiently. She would send us available listings daily and schedule individualized viewings (due to covid restrictions) whenever we asked in an extremely timely manner, often the same day or following day. Nicola helped guide us toward properties that checked all our boxes and respected our decision whether or not we decided to make an offer. She stayed up late to share in our pity when we lost an offer and was our biggest cheerleader to keep persevering despite this crazy 2021 housing market. My husband and I seriously could not be happier with our first and forever home that Nicola helped us close on and she has continued to share in our joy as we have begun the adventure of homeownership.
