Audrey was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She came to our home and did an extraordinary job of cleaning, repairing two broken parts, and explaining information about maintenance, all while my puppy tormented her. It was exceptional customer service and we will always be asking for her to service our systems. Definitely worth the price! You take care of maintenance requirements and they’ll take care of you 100%! She even showed me better ways to store and keep my products nicer in the future. Thank you!

Had our vacuum and air filter serviced today. Eric Corkum was our service tech. He did a very thorough job. We have had these machines since 2013. They have always worked fantastic. The vacuum sucks more dirt than any other I have ever had. The warranty is also great. They really stand behind the product if there ever is an issue. I had a extension hose that a fitting came loose and they not only replaced it they delivered it to my house!!
