I went in for an estimate for multiple scratches caused by a couple of branches I drove over that fell out of a truck with an uncovered load. Matt was able to buff them all out and did not charge me. He also advised me on some damage I did myself previously. This is a company I feel I can trust 100% and that I highly recommend.

This is the 3rd time that I've had a vehicle taken to Washington Auto Collision and this is the 3rd time that they have gone above and beyond their expectations. I have had three great experiences when using Washington Auto to repair my vehicles and in particular with Matt and the way he handles is customers. I recently had my vehicle repaired and had a problem with the insurance claim process. Matt handled the situation with professionalism and the highest consideration for his customer. The end result was complete satisfaction for the repair and insurance coverage. I highly recommend Washington Auto Collision for any vehicle collision repairs.
