Faduma went above and beyond what I expected! Her course is amazing, and the setup is self paced and so easy to follow. She made sure all my questions were answered too. Beyond that, Faduma brings so much energy and her own life experiences to teaching, especially in her Dementia/Mental Health training class. You can tell how passionate she is caring for people, and she sets a brilliant example for how any caretaker should interact with clients in challenging situations. 100% take this course for HCA certification.

Faduma is amazing! I’m not embellishing, she’s great, I really enjoyed the entire course. Throughout the years I’ve definitely taken more then enough of these training courses for the state of Oregon, and now for the state of Washington. Within all my experiences, I have never met a facilitator be so warm, personable, but at the same time professional. Faduma is very skilled, she possesses a unique ability to reach people of different walks of life, in return making everyone in the room feel comfortable. To anyone reading this, that’s contemplating taking this course, just do it, you will not be dissatisfied.
