ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I had a follow up appt scheduled on a “snow day” and they shut down and didn’t call anyone until TWO DAYS LATER!!!! They automatically rescheduled me for Friday when I work, and it took me THREE DAYS OF CALLING to get ahold of them. I left them voicemail after voicemail and they didn’t pick up until the day before my appt. Not only were the ladies rude, they literally have NO idea what they’re talking about. I would rather bleed for months on end then have to go in and trust any of them with my health. Arkansas has horrible health care period, but the fact that this is the only one that’s affordable for the general public is disgusting. This place shouldn’t be in business! If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!!

Took my son in for our first appointment having he was born and the lactation consultant was extremely rude, man handled my son who was not even a week old then told my husband and I that I needed to take him to children because he was orange and how i basically didn’t care that he was orange all while sitting in her personal office when she had us go to weight him and the lights were different she then realized he was not orange what so ever he had a little jaundice but no where as near as bad as she was saying. Once she realized that she was wrong she laughed and said “well ha he’s not orange” after she had me in tears making me feel like I was a bad mom and everything else. The lactation consultant is extremely rude and crosses many boundaries when it comes to new moms and their babies
