If you are planning to obtain any type of medical licensing in the state of Washington I advise against it. These are the rudest folks I’ve ever dealt with and focus more on arguing with you than actually helping you achieve your certification/license. Had I known this prior to relocating to the area, I would have chosen a different destination. It’s taken months and countless hours on the phone trying to figure everything out and they act as though it’s a game to them. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! It’s no wonder Washington state is always in a shortage of healthcare workers!

Horrible processing time. Waiting nearly a full year for my child's vital records. These people are processing money orders/ stealing money. I would/am file/ing a complaint with BBB.

Started my license application in June, still haven't gotten it. Be prepared to hold their hand throughout the entire process, because they will not go through all your documents in a timely fashion. I had to order a second set of transcripts because they failed to open mine in time before the link expired. I also had to send my out-of-state verification form twice. I still haven't been issued my license because I have to do a background check, which took so long to get to because of a transcript they already had 3 months ago.
