Avoid this branch! On two occasions recently I have had to go to another branch to complete my banking needs due to the branch manager's total ineptitude. This costs me time and a lot of grief that could be easily avoided with a manager that is trained properly and possesses even basic decision making skills.

Worst branch in the area. They use a third party company for collecting the ATM deposits, and when half of my cash deposit was “lost in transit” they charged my account plus and overdraft for the lost money and told me it wasn’t their problem. I would never recommend this branch to anyone I know, and in fact I do quite the opposite regularly. I would give zero stars if I could.

Great customer service, if you frequent this bank they put three effort n time into remembering your name. 9 out of 10 times they are timely n finish whatever service you're using with them quickly n send you on your way. Their online banking can be a troublesome sometimes but that's few n far between. They do an excellent job on fraud security making it almost impossible to have your identity stolen n then fraudulently use your accounts. The only thing I do feel is extremely frustrating is the fact that the only two branches on the Westside of state are in Seattle n Bellevue, this makes it EXTREMELY frustrating n difficult for me when as a server I have tips I need to deposit n other things n I am unable to complete such tasks unless I want to drive 1hr-1.5hrs away to do something as simple as make a deposit. I go back n forth between Spokane WA. n Tacoma WA. on a weekly basis, it would be AMAZING if you guys opened up a branch in Tacoma WA.! That would help people like me out tremendously therefore I won't have to open up a new account at a completely different bank, I'd like to just stick to one bank, the one I trust the most, n is my favorite, WA Trust!
