Used the automated pay system to pay my bill and it took my money twice. Even with a conference call from my bank and offering to bring them a bank statement, I dint get my money back from the water company. Said there was nothing they could do. I even had the conformation number from my payment. Staff was unwilling to offer any help in any way. Now I have to file a dispute with the water company and my money will not be returned for weeks if at all. Sad! Very Sad!

Having to deal with Carolyn in customer service is a terrible experience. She is nothing but rude and unhelpful. It’s actually shocking.
I can’t believe she still has a job in customer service, her manager needs to be notified.

Washington Water Service was very helpful to me when I had a water leak. They sent a representative immediately when I couldn’t find my water shut off for the repair, and were helpful with adjusting my bill due to the leak.
