Washougal Heating and Cooling was great to work with. From booking an estimate, to receiving an estimate and getting the job scheduled - all interactions were timely and professional. Their bid was also less expensive than other companies we received estimates from. I would use this company again without hesitation.

We just had to replace our entire heating and cooling system. This company was a pleasure to work with. Extremely honest and professional. Despite an increase in supply & demand, the owner honored an estimate from about 2 months ago. John Orzhakhovsky was the gentleman that did the new install. Great guy!....very professional, friendly and extremely hard working. He even helped us with our new Nest thermostat. Our pets loved him! They also made getting financing easy. We feel really good about the work they've done. Thank you John for getting us up and running with AC during the hottest week of the year!

Our heat was out when we got home from a vacation. Ugh! We were lucky to get a same day appt as they had a cancellation. The employee that came out was nice, explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. We had him perform maintenance on furnace and heat pump while he was there. I felt for what he did, the price was reasonable. Thank you for getting us heat the same day!
