I called inquiring about removing a basketball sized paper wasp nest and sent pictures. They responded immediately and told me the nest was dead or very close to being so. With plans to re-side the house on the opposite side of the nest, we needed to know the best plan. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, letting us know that waiting till spring would save us the cost of professional removal. We really appreciated the honesty, instead of charging for an unnecessary inspection. 10/10 would call again!

Alex was great! He was very professional and responsive, I called him and he came out the next day. We have a 2-story house, though technically with the many levels to our roof it is more like 3-stories high and he still got up on the roof to get down all of the small nests the wasps/hornets had started. He was happy to answer any question I had and was very knowledgeable, and not just about wasps or hornets! Alex was also great in giving us tips in how to reduce the chances of them coming back to our house. He came out several months ago and we still have yet to see any new activity. Would use him again and recommend him to anyone!! Love that he uses humane removal whenever possible and doesn't use any of those chemicals the other guys use. Thanks a million Alex!

Alex removed a hornets' nest from a neighborhood tree and several wasps' nests from my neighbor's and my house. Alex is friendly, was very easy to schedule and he arrived -- as confirmed -- at 6am on a holiday morning. Alex appears genuine, helped educate us on the types of insects and their nests. I appreciate the fact that the insects are used in human immunotherapy treatment and like to support local, small businesses.
