Waste Co Hemet

So tired of paying for multiple trash cans for only one or two of the three to be picked up. I have called customer service multiple times and im promised my cans will be picked up and also a credit....none of this happens. Everytime i call im told they see all of my phone calls and missed pick ups and in return im told the issue will be escalated to district and county and for sure the issue will be fixed. It is still not fixed and my service is still only half picked up. I have had to resort to putting out signs to have my green waste picked up. This is ridiculous...this issue has been going on for over two years and still no resolution. To make matters worse...its not like we have a choice in waste management. We are forced to use this company and pay the fees even though tge service is horrible.....so over it!
