Zero stars. Most recent issue was restarting my service after having a drop box. Even picking up drop box was not done right for me, only for them. They were supposed to call and were supposed to come after twelve. They surprised me at 7am, because it was best for them. I had briefly gone to two cans before getting a drop box. Two cans was not my normal service. I thought I had made it clear That I only needed one can. I even told them to hold the start date since I had nothing for a can. Just got off the phone, they admitted that they knew that I and the person that restarted my service thought the service was for one can, but the system started it as two. No one did it on purpose they said. Again that does not matter supervision says too bad. In the mean time my fence and mailbox were destroyed so didn’t have my actual bill. Just paid by phone, not online. And they over charge you every other month. Unfortunately, I paid my bill through the automated line before I looked closely at this deceptive bill. Has clear ones down the middle, but the two can part on the side is unclear. Last time I paid I mentioned my bill seemed High. Person just said they bill every other month. We should have gone over the bill. Again, they just admitted that we should have gone over my bill at that time. But doesn’t matter. I finally saw my bill and realized I was being charged for double the cans I put out. This was over two months. This is not the same as forgetting to put a can out. Yes, I should have been more assertive, but stressful time right now. If you set an extra can out, you will get charged, if they think it is too heavy you will be charged. I’ve had them Not pick up my can and lie and say it wasn’t there, no it’s out there the night before. They know that I have consistently put only one can out. It would not hurt them to give me credit for those extra cans I was charged for. But that would be customer service. Since they have No competition they do Not have to care about customer service. You are not a person, you are an account number. Senior, low income, disabled, nothing matters. First line women are fine, but when it gets to a supervisor it’s all about them getting your money, even if it’s for nothing. Cancelled my Non service.
