This is a very impressive Japanese sushi restaurant in the Ravenna area. The dishes are executed with high quality ingredients and a clean, minimalist presentation. Everything on the menu was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. I highly recommend ordering off of their a la carte menu if you know what to get. Otherwise, go for the omakase. You won't go wrong with either. They also have beer and sake too.

One of the better Omakase that we have enjoyed compared to other West Coast cities. Sushi quality is excellent, and directly flown in from various regions of Japan as well as local and US destinations like Bainbridge Island, Alaska, Canada, etc. Very intimate setting with only 6 chef bar seats. Reservations must be made way in advance (max 6 months out). Can always check for last minute cancellations night before. Chef was friendly and engaging. Worth the very filling, personalized experience and fantastic quality of fish.

Almost hesitant to review this place as I want to keep it a secret, but there’s no doubt that this is one of the best sushi restaurants in the PNW. Had the chance to try their take out omakase and chirashi sets - both were amazing!! Can’t wait for my next chance to dine-in!
