Our new water heater is working perfectly and was installed flawlessly. Our technician, Tony Edwards, was one of the most professional technicians we've ever had work on our house. He went above and beyond, explaining every step and function in detail and demonstrated exceptional knowledge. I'm very happy we chose Water Heaters Only and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new water heater. The process was hassle-free, with straightforward work orders and very fair prices.

Max D. came over to our house on Sunday to inspect and replace our leaking water heater. Not only was he very friendly and personable, he didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't really need and presented us with good reasons to upsize our old water heater. He was honest about the quality of our old water heater without making us feel like he was just trying to sell us a new water heater and gave us confidence in the quality of his work. Hopefully we don't have to see him again in the next 10-20 years, but if we do, I will happily work with him again!

Max D. did a terrific job replacing our water heater. He is very knowledgeable on his profession and courteous. He didn’t leave any mess in my house and installed it perfectly. After he was done, he explained everything to me how to operate the water heater and how to maintain it.
