I was told about Wateria from a friend as I wasn't sure what kind of store it was (even with water in the name). This has been a game changer for my family. The customer service is so exceptional and they explained thoroughly the different types of water they sell, without trying to do an upsell. We went with the Oxygenated water and bought the containers and the large stand that makes both hot and cold water. That is what we are now using in our house and get compliments with the flavor. Costs are very reasonable.

The young worker is a nice kid. In his attempt to assist my wife with her water, he accidentally knocked them over...breaking the bottles and spilling the water. These were better bottles than the ones they sell there. Wateria 5 gallon jugs are not BPA free! I went in thinking they would offer to replace the bottles but they did not. The response from the manager was, "Accidents happen". This is according to the worker who called his manager about the incident. We just moved to the area and were looking for a new place for our water. They could have replaced our jugs and had new customers (we're a family of 6 and drink a lot of water). Unfortunately, the lack in the customer service department and we will be sticking with our previous water supplier even though it's a bit further from us.
