Clear cancellation policy but not very clear communication for rescheduling appointments (not actually communicated at all), even with guests that are traveling for their stay. The spa was unable to be flexible in the slightest and said that however late we were would just be taken out of our massage time. Pretty bummed about missing so much time from our anniversary massages just because we hit traffic on the way to the lodge.

Received a lovely massage from Deborah this past weekend! The massage room atmosphere was very relaxing, and I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep several times during the massage. Before the massage started, Deborah asked if there were any areas that were stiff, and I mentioned that my shoulders were quite tight. She really helped to work the tension out of my shoulders during the session!

Worst experience ever. My therapist Rachel looked to be in a hurry the whole time which really took away from the “relaxing” experience. When I was being walked to the waiting area, her and the front desk girl both let a heavy door fall right on me and could only say “oh, sorry.” The massage was ok but not worth the $180. Once I got to my room, noticed a LONG scratch mark on my arm that hurts to the touch and a smaller one under my collar bone. I called to request a refund and they could only offer 50% but checking my bank account, they messed up my refund and are now charging me the $90 I was supposed to get back. Please save your time and money and don’t come here 🤦🏽‍♀️
