A new leak in our foundation appeared and water was seeping in was discovered when we were watering our yard. Itay and his team did a great job on waterproofing our balcony which had been giving us headache for years. His team, is hard working, responsible, and attentive to details. They did a good job on making sure the work will not damage the landscape plants below, and on cleaning up after every day's job is completed. We are very happy with every phase of the project, from removing the old tiles and concrete, replacing the damaged plywood, applying the waterproofing membrane to manufacturer's specs, conducting a 24-hour water test, and to installing the amazingly looking pavers. They also did a good job on fixing the downstair ceiling where leak was. We look forward to a leak-free balcony for years to come, and I have confidence that Itay has delivered it.
