Keith Watts was my realtor in multiple deals when I lived in Aliso Viejo and Laguna Niguel. He also helped find my mom a house when she moved to Laguna Niguel. Keith was always and continues to be a valuable resource to me on the subject of real estate, and many other things too. He's a smart, honest, tough, helpful and trusted adviser. I've never had a realtor who I felt was more on my side, looking out for my interests. He works hard and knows his stuff. I have for a long time considered him a good friend.

I had an appointment with Mr Keith Watts this past weekend to view a home he was representing. He never showed up. After arriving, I called and texted him but he still failed to respond. I understand sometimes life gets in the way but he never called or texted later to apologize for wasting my time. This is as unprofessional as it gets! I wouldn't waste my time with this guy.
