I recently visited Waucoma Bookstore and was initially impressed by its charming interior and inviting ambiance. However, my overall experience was soured by the unprofessional behavior of the staff.
After I had checked out, I overheard two staff members making derogatory comments about my choice of books (romance novels). Their remarks were not only unnecessary but also disrespectful. As a customer, I value being treated with kindness and respect, regardless of my reading preferences.
While I appreciate the bookstore's efforts to create a pleasant environment for book lovers, I believe that customer service should be a top priority. It is disappointing to encounter such rudeness, and I hope that the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated respectfully in the future.
