Tristan Smith assisted us in purchasing a replacement F-150 XL after our truck was totaled by a hit and run driver. Tristan is very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us find the perfect truck. He also made the entire process very simple for us from the purchase to delivering the truck to the barge line bound for Alaska.

I recently bought a ford f 150 from scraff ford in auburn after buying vehicles from titus will in Tacoma for over 30 plus years of doing business...after driving by for my whole life and never purchasing a vehicle. So glad I stop in to look and they had the exact truck I was looking for...what a great experience working with a team that actually cares about the customer and getting a deal that works for both parties..thx to Jared and Robert for making that happen.

Everything was great… I made an appointment with Michael to test drive one of the used cars on their lot and immediately knew I wanted it…. The process was super easy and fast. Michelle in finance found an even better loan/interest rate than the one I came in with. I would definitely buy from them again. Shortly after leaving a check engine light came on and Chris in the service department went above and beyond to make it right! Thank you so much! 😊
