Awesome company and people. I have been getting my dogs raw food from here for a long time and have no complaints. Everything you need you can find on the website. & Deliveries are basically every 2 weeks. There are multiple pick up locations to choose from which is super convenient. You cannot beat the pricing, especially because I feed 4 dogs a raw diet. If you are new to the website, yes it can be a little tricky to navigate at first. But Debbie is always more than welcome to help you out if you have any questions/concerns. There are also directions on the website on how to navigate and place orders. As long as WazzuOR Raw is up and running, this is where I will be getting all my raw dog food from. 5 Star rating from me.

seemed like a good idea, really difficult website and customer service was very lacking when i had issues. wound up forfeiting an expensive order out of frustration of how i was being communicated with after driving for over an hour to pickup my order and was told to turn around and come back to some other location far away from me in a couple hours. i didn't have time. driver was very condescending to a new customer trying to figure out the details of how to get my order. they did offer toner-deliver at another location and time that didn't work because it conflicted with my working hours. received no follow up from customer service after writing an email about the experience. would not recommend. the time and frustration to navigate the website and delivery system are not worth the savings.
