My wife and I needed all new appliances and decided to go to Warehouse Discount Center. We ended up buying very nice looking LG appliances and a Whirlpool portable dishwasher. The dishwasher has never worked properly from the first day we got it. It leaks all over the floor, so we call Deandre from Warehouse Discount Center to complain and see what our options were. He informed us that there was nothing he could do, so he said we could call Maytag. I couldn't believe that we had just spent more than 8000 dollars and they couldn't even exchange or repair it for us. We had to do the work to have it fixed. So now three months later and five service calls later the dishwasher still does not work and Warehouse Discount Center will not let us exchange it because they said an appliance repair man must deem the dishwasher unrepairable. What the heck.... How many times do I need some guy to come to my house and not fix my dishwasher. Those guys are never going to say its unfixable they will just order another part that won't fix the dishwasher and I will have to wait another four weeks for the next guy to not fix it. I feel that Warehouse Discount Center is completely unreliable and I suggest going to Home Depot for your appliances.

My washing machine broke and due to the pandemic, suddenly had all of my kids living at home again so needed a new one immediately. I spoke to a sales rep at WDC who very kindly helped me choose a new washing machine based on my needs and it was delivered the next day. Immediately it was clear the machine was not working properly. No matter what size the load, with every spin cycle the washing machine banged loudly and so violently that it moved halfway across the room. Because the lid locked during the cycle I had to go outside, around the house, enter the laundry room through a different door to unplug the washing machine, wait for lid to unlock then attempt to resettle the wet laundry. I called WDC and after more than a week an extremely talkative repairman showed up, using a level, forced me to watch him demonstrate that the machine was unbalanced, asked for paper so he could sketch drawings of the exact magic he'd used to properly balance my washer then left. But it wasn't fixed and the banging and waking continued. I called again and another repairman showed up, this one angry, indifferent and made clear he did not want to be here. He ran the machine for three minutes, said there was nothing wrong and what did we expect him to do. We told him to leave. Several calls later I was given a number which allowed me to send video of the washing machine loudly banging and walking across the laundry room, blocking the doorway and all that was required to stop it. The third repairman watched the video, rant he machine long enough to view the same for himself then wrote on the paperwork "Washed does not work how it should. Needs to be replaced". WDC wanted to send a fourth repairman to "make sure it was not repairable". I let them know that they could take it to their warehouse and figure it out there. That they could either replace my washer and refund me in full and that under no circumstances was another stranger entering my house during a pandemic. At one point the customer service rep had the gall to say, "well your clothes are getting clean, right?". At this point the machine has been in my house since May 7. Do NOT buy from this company.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. If you want a company to mislead you, fail to provide all details regarding the products you've purchased and get the run around every time you call for updates, WDC Kitchen and Bath is for you. We placed a large order to furnish 2 bathrooms with faucets, fixtures, toilets, etc. Thankfully, we did not order more items otherwise we still might be waiting for them. Everything we purchased was high end in price and quality. However, it took WDC over 2 months to deliver all of the items we had purchased when they first said it would take 2 to 4 weeks (at the most). Not only that, once our contractor began installing our and shower and faucets, we discovered we were missing the shower arms and drain stoppers for both bathrooms which delayed the completion of our bathrooms. Plus, we had to pay the cost to overnight them from Ferguson. The worst part of our experience with WDC was the fact that every time we called for an update, we were told the faucets would arrive next week. The "next week" delivery update turned into 6 weeks of misleading information. I actually received an honest delivery date when I called their Santa Barbara store for help. In retrospect, after dealing with Ferguson, I highly recommend going to them. At least they will tell you the truth, and their prices are comparable to WDC.
