Disappointed. I live 2 miles from store. My delivery was set for LAST delivery of day! Guys wanted to go ASAP after arriving one hour late. We did dryer set up. And they did washer. Attaching hot & cold backwards. The PRO Delivery part not so PRO. I will say WDC has a professional, kind salesman who assisted in my purchase. As for my new Maytag Pet Pro washer, loud and cheaply made. Dryer dries fast but also loud. Mine is in the garage and you can hear it from outside. Keep that in mind.

Very bad customer service from the “receptionist” Diane. I was just trying to call and see what was said for my parents refrigerator repair. I don’t know if she got mad cause my mom said she doesn’t speak English. She was very rude kept transferring the calls to the other department without her even speaking to me. She kept saying I was harassing her because I kept calling back I just wanted an answer. She even said it was being recorded. I recorded her too. When I asked for her name she got all mad. I just wanted to know who was answering with such rude manner. I don’t know if she is the owner or just a receptionist but either way you don’t treat customers like that.

Jeremy helped me out when I went in to find a refrigerator. He was very helpful, friendly and I felt like he was very honest. My refrigerator was delivered in two days and the delivery was on time and went very smoothly. I would recommend WDC to anyone looking for appliances.
