To clarify the post from Susan W. We were never hired by Susan to do any services her ex husband did hire us to do a couple services that were completed. One service we completed for him, his asset holder gave him information and he told us to close the file. Now just recently after many months he contacted me yesterday and told me the asset holder information he gave us was incorrect and asked if we would re open his file I told him no problem we will be happy to assist him. So the review from Susan W. is inaccurate in her statements and I have documentation to prove my statements. It is really horrible for business owners to have to be exposed to people posting inaccurate reviews but now at least there is re course for business owners if a business owner can prove a review is inaccurate they can sue for up to 2000 per day that the review is public.

Horrible follow through.
Paid 1500$ for documents to be processed that was in September it is now December and still nothing, we have be trying to contact both Jayne and her assistant but no one replies. Horrible business practices.

When my children's mother passed away, I was able to have my child support and arrears stopped within three months of filing, it will be noted as "PAID IN FULL", on my credit report. I will receive a tax return for the first time in 19 years, and my credit will be so much better in about a month. They knew what to file and what papers for me to supply, and the price was so very affordable for what I will be saving and gaining in the future. I cannot say thank you enough to the Burbank office of We The People for the freedom I feel!! It happens just like they said. " And he says, "done!" ".Thank you again for my freedom.
