They are terrible about answering the phone. Worked with them through an insurance agency and would refuse to work with them again. I called them several times and emailed them none of which they responded to. They never called me yet they told the insurance agency that I wasn't responding to them which was extremely shady of them. I had to go through the insurance agency to setup an appointment as they wouldn't respond to me which was frustrating to both myself and the insurance company. Also they lacked knowledge on what they were assessing as they assessed wood damage in an unlighted area basing damage and age off of a color that can be changed under a lighted photo. Would never use them again and will refuse to let and insurance company that I work with use them as they were immensely frustrating and unprofessional. Worked mainly with Jennifer .
