Too often parents forget to do a review seems as if only the parents held accountable share.
This child care center gives 100% to your child and your family. They care and they help. Your child learns and is loved here. Highly recommend this center

I would not recommend this place to anyone ever! The director Kristen doesn't care about the kids or the families and shows it regularly when her chain of command isn't around. I have a cow-worker that says he has a small balance with them from three years ago and Kristen keeps calling harassing him to pay. My son has come home on multiple occasions saying that she's yelling at kids and or her daughters that currently work for her. She will not work with your family unless you go to the church with the committee members. I have had some times where it was hard to pay and was told that if I couldn't pay with in 24 hrs my children couldn't come. Then find out that they are letting a family that goes to the church and are close friends of the committee in for basically free. My children contacted head lice twice from them and when I brought up the fact they probably got it from sharing helmets with everyone and not spraying after every use I was told I was wrong. They we're also pilling up jackets on a table every day after they came in from playing outside instead of their Cubby's but yet again I was wrong. I finally had to tell them my children will have thier coats set aside everyday and they are not allowed to ride the bikes due to the helment situation. This last year my girls entered head start and attended both places daily and as the year went on got to hear how head start even had issues with them. They were not sending paperwork home with kids, loosing lunches sent home specially for the kids and how they thought they just weren't up to par for a childcare establishment. I found out that they are trying to get a license to be an actual head start program and that scares some of the real headstart teachers. They have recently filled my children's spot due to some funding issues with the state. They told me once that was taken care of I could bring them back. A week later I was told they filled their spots and my kids couldn't come. Kristen tried to tell me first that she didn't know that I was coming back and when I reminded her that I had been in contact several times with her assistant director she changed the story to I dropped the F-bomb in front of the kids witch is a far fetched story and an excuse to cover her own butt. I am ok with the fact that my children will no longer be in her care and wish I could of done it sooner. I hope this helps you make a good healthy decision for your young children.

The director Kristen is extremely unprofessional. I have yet to even meet her since my child went to the school age center. However, when asking about a bill that they sent to collections without even sending me a bill. She could not even give me any straight answers and made excuses. Not to mention the extremely rude tone. I felt attacked just by questioning why a bill was not sent from almost a year ago. Honestly, just by this interaction I would never send my child to this childcare center. Management sets the tone for a business. This person should not be in a director’s position. She is incapable of customer service. As after reading some of the other reviews prior to submitting this one I see that from other negative reviews there is a common denominator aka the director Kristen.
