I don’t like this store or ANY Wegmans. It has nothing to do with the quality, freshness, or costs of the products… it is the sensory overload which begins in the parking lot. Each of these stores has jam-packed lots and too many products by the entrances. Once inside, these stores are dark, extremely noisy, crowded, and the patrons are rushing as if it’s Superbowl Halftime. I get a headache every time I have tried shopping at this chain and this was my last attempt.

Eliminating cashiers for self checkout is a huge mistake. The newer self checkout machines are awful. Temperamental and constantly screwing up. But you guys leaned further into them recently so now in order to get a human cashier the lines in Wegmans are the worst I've ever seen.
With lines like these I'll go to aldi, their prices are cheaper anyway. I really hope Wegmans cuts their losses and return to employing more human beings... You know... us people that keep the economy from crumbling...

I'm a twelve year old girl visiting your store from Texas and I have anxiety and a bearded dragon as a service animal and got asked to leave the store .we explained she is a service animal although I forgot her vest. I felt very uncomfortable and left.my mom went back into the store to get a few things and was watched constantly we will not be returning to this rude staff and manger. Hire a new manager you lost a long time customer
