Wellcare MD - Jill Friesen, MD

I am sad to leave this review as I don't leave bad reviews. I am only leaving this to help others. Finding a primary family Dr in Redding is very hard. I found this group online and even thought I pay a high amount per month for health ins I felt like paying the 72$ a month was very fair to have a good Dr I could see and get established with. Well, I never made the first appt. I registered online the process was organized and simple. It was about 5-6 days before I was given a call to schedule. The girl who called was VERY rude and unprofessional. The wait was at least 6 weeks, and after her attitude on the phone I decided to cancel. I think first impressions are important and this one was pretty bad.

I have been treated by Dr Jill Friesen since 2014. She has been the best throughout all my minor and major medical concerns. She is professional, supportive, and very down to earth. The staff is also very friendly. I especially like Hudson :) I highly recommend her.

Only one visit and I feel completely happy with Dr Jill I brought up a bunch of my history but we covered my main issues and she put the pieces of a puzzle together that I've been struggling with for years when dealing with foot and ankle pain. I love her doggos she trails around with her too. In a recent visit when dealing with a problem, they helped me feel at ease. ☺️☺️
