I've had a pretty lame last 24 hrs. Don't really wana go into too many details because it's still pretty fresh, but this place made themselves available when I explained my situation. They got us in within the hour of calling them even though there was a small hiccup in the initial conversation. Whoever answered the phone could've just told me no and been done with it, but instead she went and talked to the drs and whoever else and was able to get us in pretty much right away. They were very understanding and compassionate during the whole sad process. I really can't put into words how appreciative I am that this place and the people that helped us today exist. Thank you very much for being there for us during this process.

I can't say that Tater Tot actually looks forward to visits to WellHaven, but I certainly do. Every appointment assures me that he is in the best care possible from the very first greeting through the entire appointment. The set up is welcoming and professional. Best vet I've ever had.

Dr. Hashimoto is great. I trust his honesty and travel from Portland so my cat can get awesome care!
