Right before we started coaching, a new chapter in my life was starting! So it was actually perfect timing for the coaching. I just bought a house so there were a lot of old habits I wanted to get rid of and form some new better habits in place. The coaching has really helped me stay honest to myself and keep me accountable for my actions, the good and the not so good. I really enjoyed having you as my coach because I felt like I could be 100% open and honest and not feel judged. I benefited a lot actually. I was really hard on myself for certain things that I wasn’t able to accomplish but you showed me that even though I wasn’t able to do maybe one or two things there was still so much more that I was accomplishing so much more that I wasn’t able to see because I was too focused on the negative. I also learned a lot about meditation and positive ways of thinking that have only had a positive impact on my life. I’ve actually told quite a few people/ friends of the coaching I have done and told them if that’s something they wanted to do to let me know! I truly have appreciated our sessions and feel like I have grown a lot from it and I’m looking forward to our next session. Thank you!

Speaking with Annette is like speaking with a life long friend; she makes you feel seen and heard even when you feel so alone. Her ability to push as well as comfort is something I appreciate greatly. The progress I’ve made while working with Annette in such a short amount of time is something I haven’t been able to achieve despite multiple efforts elsewhere. I look forward to working with Annette in the future and am so thankful to have been able to cross paths with her.

“I really enjoyed my coaching sessions with Annette. She started all the sessions with relaxing breathing techniques, which puts you in a relaxed mindset with her soft and soothing voice. She has taught me how to read labels and to make better and healthier food choices. I’m now aware of what to look for when choosing what to eat. Annette is very easy to talk to and encouraging. She has a very positive attitude. I would recommend her to anyone that is ready to make life changes and feels they could benefit from having a health coach.”
