As a 20 year Sales and Marketing Senior Living professional in WA state, you can imagine how important my review would be when it comes to placing my own mother in a community I knew nothing about. I know first hand what is involved when opening a new community. It is not an easy task to to get everything up and running and to also satisfy residents, their families and the staff. I am deeply GRATEFUL for the tremendous professionalism of everyone at Well Quest of Menifee Lakes. My mother has adjusted so beautifully in less than three weeks. In our daily phone calls I now hear a cheerful and upbeat tone that is a result of three good meals a day, socialization with others, peace of mind with the 24/7 availability of care and most importantly for my mother, a very capable stylist in the beauty salon!
