I just got this bank a month ago and I really got to say i love them very understanding and helpful!!! My card got lost/stolen and they made transactions that I didn't authorized and they fixed everything I really appreciate they way you take care of your client's and how you care for them thanks again!!! #teamwellsfargo

If there was an opportunity to choose a rating of less than one star, I would do so. The purpose of this review is to initiate change at this branch. My wife and I have been customers of Wells Fargo for at least 35 years. We have received service at many branches in many different cities. This particular branch is unique in that we have consistently experienced wait times that far exceed the average. Not just recently. Every time over several years. Just to put this in context, prior to going to this branch today, my wife and I experienced much shorter wait times at the pharmacy, UPS, and the DMV! Today, I waited 30 minutes in line at this bank, which is our typical experience at this branch. This occured between 4:30 pm and 5 pm. Several individuals were waiting even longer than me in the Business Services line. Any business owner would agree that if your customers consistently have to wait longer for your services than at a competitor nearby, it would be hard to keep customers over the long term. Loyalty is dependent on a consistent value proposition and level of service. We are happy with Wells Fargo overall. My advice is to avoid this branch.
