This is the worst wells fargo! Lucy set up an appointment for us. We checked in with Lucy's manager at this branch 10 minutes before our appointment. We waited for twenty minutes. We went up to ask the teller what is going on. That we had been sitting there for 30 minutes. We asked to speak with the manager, and then the manager said we weren't here on time and she wasn't going to take us 😡. I truly believe that they took a walk in even though we had an appointment with her! I believe her name was Miriam. This is the 2nd time we try to meet with Lucy (by appointment) and ended up disappointed.
