Waiting for 15 minutes to open a checking account only to be told I needed to book an appointment online. Tried to book online but there were none available. At all. Booking wasn't even an option.

Horrible service from the manager lady... inconsiderate about large check deposits even after they're verified from the source. Can't even get $50 cashback from $10,000.00 ridiculous
