Lost all its staff. Only 1 or 2 tellers. Line wrapped around door. Use to be open until 6pm before covid. Never opened up longer hours. Closes at 5pm m-f. Too early. We all work until 5pm! Such an inconvenience! Many of us have complained it is ridiculous! The Line is always out the door! The little bit of employee's they do have there rush to close the door at 12pm and get everyone inside so they won't get anyone else wanting to come in. We squish in like sardines and wait 30mins to hour because they only have 2 tellers.
12pm on Saturdays closed. Use to be 6pm. It is Saturday! Line out door and people rushing to get in a line before 12pm. THEY NEVER EXTENDED HOURS NOT EVEN BY AN HOUR! YOU COULD AT LEAST STAY OPEN UNTIL 1PM PEOPLE NEED TO DO BUSINESSES SINCE YOU CLOSE AT 5PM AND DON'T WANNA WAIT 2HOURS TO GET A TELLER! I AM MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT AS WELL.
