I went to cash a check written from someone with a Wells Fargo account they wanted to charge me 7.50 then also needed a manager approval before cashing which honestly that part Wasn't that big of a deal but then manager asked teller if they called the person to verify the check?! So they called the guy that wrote me the check who didn't answer so they wouldn't cash the check? Between fees and horrible customer service especially the manager why would you consider this bank? I'll just go deposit the check at Solarity and have no problems thanks for the reminder why I don't bank with you guys anymore!!!

The Ellensburg Wells Fargo Branch has been closed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday (Memorial Day); there has been no notice as to why or if it will ever reopen. FYI it appears closed today yet again. I have called various Wells Fargo 800 numbers without receiving any information.
I have 4 accounts with this so called bank. I’m sorry doesn’t make this any better… what’s going on?

My daughter had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. to set up to bank accounts. By 1230p we still had not been seen. Apparently, bank rep we had an appt w had been entertaining a relative/friend a part from just bank business. They had been chatting since we entered the bank for our appointment at 10:55am... She saw us and never once came over to check on us. But then I guess that's to be expected from a bank that received a bailout from the government. Chase was more than happy to entertain our business thereafter.
