I mainly use the Drive through ATM since I get off work late, yet when I need to go a Wells Fargo everyone is courteous with helpful in whatever I need. The line is usually not too long to wait and I am able to get my banking done fairly quickly.

Never pick up the phone. If I have a question needing answered by a “premiere business banker” or even to ask the front desk a simple question, I have just gotten in the habit of making an online appt, and waiting for their call after I miss it. Absolutely never answer the phone, why even have one?
