I had to send a wire transfer to a business and it was a terrible time because the acct # was weird and the computer was not cooperate so I went home got new acct # walked in to let the person working with me the day before, Maria Marshall know that I had a new acct# from business, but I needed a appointment that would work, cause it was a timed sale. Maria remembered me from day before called me right over and began to work on it, three times computer froze up, so she rebooted everything and it finally went thru, she was so patient and persistent, it took an hour and she stayed on it till it was complete. I love that about Wells Fargo, they hire people who work hard to take care of us, the customer! Special thanks to Maria for her great work and attitude, she deserves a raise!
