These Guys were the best!!! So helpful and kind!!! Tina, one of the branch managers, was an ALLSTAR! Kindhearted, understanding and genuine during both of my visits. And one of the personal bankers, Joey, was the nicest guy! My experience was great every time, thank you Renton Wells Fargo team!

5 tellers behind the glass, but 9nly one actually handling customers, never pick up their phone either. Nice jumbo screen promoting black lives in the background so they can do what they want here. Garbage customer service at this location.

Me and my hubby went to Wells Fargo 20 mins before our 11am appointment, we had previously made an appointment online. When the banker came to us, we showed her our scheduled appointment on our phone, and she said "Oh, I have to check with the manager to see if it's on her calendar." When she came back, she told us that it wasn't on her manager's calendar either, and she checked our cell phone that had the appointment confirmation again. Then she offered us to wait to see if her 11 o'clock appointment showed up. We opted to leave, but this was not a good experience for us.
