Woke up to some alarming charges on my account, when I got to Wells Fargo I called and asked if I could come in for help, she said they were busy and pushed me off by telling me to call the number on the back of my card even though I said I was parked in the parking lot in my car. Fine. Called the number and got stuck waiting on hold for over 20minutes.
Sometimes you need to do the job your getting paid to do. Customers shouldn’t be such an annoyance it’s literally your job to help people.
