I was blown away by how kind my teller was. His name was Will and he helped me, was patient with my situation and was very easy to talk to. The staff here are so kind and they are very nice to talk to. Thank you for your help Will!

This may be covid related but I went through the hoops for an opponent. I needed a new card because someone got my number and tried using it. It automatically shut my card down so i went to the branch because I wasn't able to do it by phone. I waited over an hour, and when the associate asked the manager what to do to speed it up, the manager just looked at us and walked away like she had much more important things to do. Accountability is a choice, but when it's your job , just do it!!!
