Walked on in to open new account. They said that I need to make a appointment. With no line inside & no one working doing anything. That just doesn't make sense. Looked for appointments for this branch. Nothing at all

They are enthusiastic and polite at work, but the same APP setting problem can be solved in a few minutes at Bank of America, but not at Wells Fargo. It's not that they don't want to solve it, it's that the APP software design problem makes the staff unable to operate

Very rude service, bank rep. Maria Sandez told me I didn't put every questions in the appointment down, when I said during the appointment new questions comes up, there's no way to know all the questions ahead of time. That's what the appointment is for to answer our questions. Then she said put the my name and address down which I did and than she said it's the phone number, she did not ask for address down.
