The people are always very nice and professional. However don't go here if your in a hurry, they will have a line out the door and only two Windows open while at least three employees are just sitting there doing nothing. Then when you ask them to open another spot they say oh we don't have the personal, even with the three employees just sitting there on there phones. Not ok.

Branch manager, Zara Irving lacks customer service, empathy, emotional intelligence and leadership skills. We asked to waive $30 fee but refused. I have friends in the banking industry also bank managers, who would NOT have acted the way she treated us. We will NOT be returning to this branch nor recommend friends or family to Wells Fargo services any longer.

Looked at me but ignored that I was waiting to be helped. Finally aproached me and said "got any questions?" with a bad attitude. No thanks! Good bye!
Place seems clean. But the wait is too long and not a friendly attitude.
