I've had an account for a while now and had money taken out and didn't know someone took money out was told by them to get a new card so I did they did not explain how I could get my money back had to call and ask so after calling for 2 days they answered transferred me to voicemail had nothing to do with my problem it's so frustrating because they never answered the phone I mean almost never smh

The tellers are usually friendly and helpful at this location. This is a busy branch and sometimes there is a wait especially around noon. They have a lot of restrictions and fees with some of their checking acct plans.

The customer service here is a hit and miss. Some of the employees are awesome and some are not. There is always an ATM issue, either no cash or not excepting deposits. I recently tried to make a deposit and it could not read the bills so it alerted me to take my cash, but there was no cash for me to take. I stuck my hand in and retrieved one of my $100 bills, now waiting for them to "research" it and give me my money, which can take up to 10 days. Hopefully, everyone working on the ATM is honest.
