I needed some pertinent paperwork. Was not able to obtain it at my normal branch, out of desperation I went to this branch, since it was closest at the time. I was almost in tears waiting to speak with a banker. Your banker, Daniel, noticed me & sent one of your reception staff to speak w/me. He asked her to stay w/me until I could be seen, as all the bankers were already with other clients. As soon as he could he came over, thanked the girl for staying w/me & then took me to his desk where he offered me something to drink & tissues. I explained to him several things that I needed documented. He thought about it & came up with a different but effective solution. This happened over 2 years ago but I still remember how due to his genuine concern for a client, he was able to provide me a solution. I am still extremely grateful to him for thinking of something that 4 other bankers at two of your other locations had not thought of. His Wells Fargo branch should be very proud to have him. I would be happy to provide more details to his banks manager.

I had a tech issue with my account and was told to call customer service phone line for the company. The old number was still on my card but useless although it’s still on the website. I called the -4932 number on my statement and it was not in use either and it referred me to a -9220 new number which said Direct TV. I then called local number and it asked a few ques and when my reply did not match their info I was put on hold for 20 mins est time so I didn’t want to wait that long and hung up. The website needs updated phone numbers and better service on phone. Cause the numbers were useless or a Direct TV phone no.

Super slow! They have tons of people in there most NOT WORKING. If you know its a busy day then have enough staff or if you just going to hire people to sit around doing nothing then have them in the back so we don't have to see them and they frustrate us. You would think with all the time this bank has been open they would do better. Cross train people or hire more people for your busy days of the month.
