Shoddy customer service! I asked to see a banker, they told me I could see one next Friday! In 10 days?? This is unacceptably bad service!!

Super long line makes customers and the one cashier mad. It used to be relatively quick and convenient, not today.

This is the ok bank 🏦 to bank at but I don't know if you want to bank here because I think it would be a better bank to open a New account with chase or something else okay
